 International Service Trips

for Schools

Give your students a transformative international experience.
We’ll handle everything else.

Why Schools Choose Creators of Hope Journeys

Our student travel programs are designed to make international service trips seamless for schools. Every detail supports educators, protects students and creates lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Real Impact, Year-Round Partnership

Students join ongoing housing and community development projects in Jamaica and Panama. This work happens year-round with local partners, so students contribute to something sustainable rather than one-off projects that end when they leave.

Educators Free to Focus on Students

We manage the logistics so educators can focus on mentoring students and creating real-world teaching moments.

Safety Built Into Every Detail

Our programs include vetted accommodations, secure transportation and on-site support throughout the journey. We work with local organizations and partners to maintain safety standards.

Accessible to More Students

Our goal is to make student service trips accessible to everyone. We work with schools to structure funding models that make these experiences available to more students.

Through payment plans, fundraising support or scholarship partnerships, we help schools expand access and participation

HOW IT WORKS

Initial Conversation

We discuss your school’s educational goals, timeline, budget and any specific needs. These conversations help us understand what matters most to your community.

Trip Planning

We work with you to finalize dates, group size and logistics. Payment and funding options are structured to support broader participation among students.

Pre-Trip Support

We’re your experts to provide the resources and information your team needs to prepare students and communicate with parents.

On-the-Ground Support

Our team is present throughout the journey. We handle all logistics while your educators focus on student experience and learning.

Post-Trip Follow-Up

We follow-up, capture feedback and refine for future trips. Many of our school partners return year after year with expanded student groups.

How many students can participate?

We work with groups of up to 20 students. Larger groups can be accommodated with advance planning.

What's the required chaperone ratio?

We require a minimum of 1 chaperone per 5 students for all student groups.

Is it safe?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. We provide secure transportation, vetted accommodations and on-site support throughout the journey. All locations and activities are regularly assessed.

Do students need construction experience?

Not at all. We provide all training and tools on-site. Students of all skill levels can participate meaningfully.

What ages are appropriate?

Our student trips are designed for ages 14 and up, typically high school students. Middle school groups can be accommodated with additional planning.

When should we book?

To ensure the best possible experience of a student service trip, we recommend booking several months in advance to secure preferred dates and allow proper time for preparation and planning
